Before design work could commence on this Grade 1 listed property, we had to prepare a listed building planning application for our client. Once approved by listed buildings, we worked with our builder to reinstate original layouts and features into this beautiful apartment.
Ceilings throughout were raised to their original height and sections of original coving were painstakingly restored. Stud partitioning dividing rooms awkwardly was removed, enabling us to reinstate the original room layouts.
A small bedroom and kitchen at the rear of the apartment were also removed and a large room reinstated, with three stunning floor to ceiling arched windows.
For this project, we prepared the Listed building planning application with all the required drawings and upon approval worked on site to oversee the progress of the work to completion. Working closely with the client, we sourced furnishings and provided a turnkey service.
